Experience

In the meat industry for 15 years with a focus on trimmers, hand skinners, round knives and machines for slaughtering and deboning. Lots of international experience and affinity for technology.

Motivation

Implementing new ideas and solutions to no longer sell the second best machine. The goal of technology leadership with modern and unorthodox methods that were not possible as an employee.

Geco Germany Story

The Beginning
GECO (Geschwinder Consulting) was founded by Andreas in 2018 to provide competent advice to customers in the meat industry in the area of ​​trimmer round knives and other products.

Development
Initially the focus was on the partnership with Suhner Turbo Trim. Over the years, other related areas of expertise, such as Chine Bone Cut, have been added.

The Vision
With the transformation to a GmbH in 2023 and the development of its first own machine, the eSkinner, which will be followed by many other devices, GECO has set itself the goal of replacing waste and noise pollution caused by outdated compressed air technology using modern electric drives.
